Fruit: Grape skins from Solaris grapes (resistant interspecific variety born in Freiburg, Germany) produced near Maso Rella in Grumes in Val di Cembra.
Distillation: discontinuous Bain-marie still.
Bottling: After about six months from distillation, after having diluted the product with 48 ° source water and subsequent filtration at 0 / -2 degrees of temperature.
Serving temperature: 16° C.
Alcohol: 48%
Type of bottle: bordeaux bottle of dimensions 0,5 L and 1,5L.
Packaging: Boxes cylinder-shaped in cases of 6 bottles of dimensions 0,5L. Boxes square-shaped in cases of 3 bottles of dimensions 1,5L.
Notes: the vineyard is inserted and protected by a forest of 50 hectares in the mountains at 800/900 meters s.l.m., a “life preserver” that acts as a barrier to possible treatments done by the neighboring ones. The combination of resistant variety and isolated place means that the grapes are NOT chemically treated.
Tasting notes
A white crystalline grappa, the aroma is intense, ostentatiously fruity, tropical notes such as banana and pineapple can be recognized. It has a soft and round taste.
Production notes
The vineyard is inserted and protected by a forest of 50 hectares in the mountains at 800/900 meters s.l.m., a “life preserver” that acts as a barrier to possible treatments done by the neighboring ones. The combination of resistant variety and isolated place means that the grapes are NOT chemically treated.
